Reading Blog Entry Number 4 12-9-14
I thought the book I chose Compound was very interesting, and exciting! I believe the author wrote this book to show how money can effect people, and the effects it can have on a person's mind. Also, I believe the author's goal was to keep the reader entertained, and in suspense the entire time. I really enjoyed this book, and if you're looking to read a novel with suspense, and elements you most likely have not seen before I definitely recommend you read this book. Also, I think another reason it's good to read is because; the book just doesn't tell you everything at the beginning like most books do. Instead it adds a mystery aspect like I've talked about earlier, and I just think it makes the book that much more interesting. So in conclusion I definitely recommend you read this book.

BLOG ENTRY NUMBER 3 Date: 12/2/14
I finished the book I was reading which was Compound. The conflict stayed the same. The only thing that changed was Eli found out his father was lying about everything! Eli found out his brother, and his grandmother were alive. Also, Eli and his dad got into a fight in which Eli won. Eli and his family escaped the Compound when Eli figured out the code to get out. Strangely though Eli's dad was not found when they got out. To Eli's surprise his dad's assistant Phil showed up blew up the Compound, so no evidence could be found then flew off in his helicopter. To Eli's luck and his families luck his grandma, and his brother Eddy followed Phil's helicopter and rescued them. I enjoyed my book, and I thought it was unique. Also, I liked all the twist and turns it had as well! The final thing I liked about it was the constant suspense it kept me in. Overall I had no dislikes about the book, and I am already half way through the sequel Fallout. That is what I liked about my book.
